clickXchange Media, LLC is a leading performance-based online affiliate and direct marketing services provider to the mass consumer market. cXc is the only company successfully combining these three attractive characteristics:
- Addressing a large, target market: under-banked, under-served consumers.
- Providing products and services in high demand.
- Leveraging the most effective distribution channel: online affiliate marketing networks.
The Company’s products are targeted to the under-banked portion of the under-served market, which represents an estimated 45 million people earning over $580 billion annually. The adoption of the clickXchange’s products provides a unique channel by which to reach this market segment through the use of its affiliate marketing network.
The Company’s affiliate network is robust and highly diversified, consisting of cXc’s own offerings, as well as other affiliate networks, affiliate marketers, independent and affiliated publishers, and on and offline list managers. cXc has relationships with the top online affiliate networks and affiliate marketers in the U.S., representing tens of thousands of publishers that provide a powerful distribution channel for products and services. The Company estimates that they are able to reach over 50 million unique users per month through our affiliate network.
clickXchange utilizes its affiliate network to market offerings through affiliate marketers, affiliate networks and publishers. The Company estimates that it reaches 50 million unique consumers each month through the cXc network. Targeted consumers are typically directed to one of the Company’s websites (landing pages) to complete an application for a product or service. Upon submission of an application, clickXchange is immediately able to monetize all consumer data whether or not the application is accepted. Applications are generally accepted if they are properly completed, the consumer has sufficient funds (in the account they have provided), and also passes clickXchange’s security and identity check filters.
The Company believes that the breadth of its marketing strategies combined with the high attachment rates associated with the sale of it products, provide the Company with an ideal platform for the marketing and sale of other financial services (and in other verticals) such as cash advances, auto loans, credit line, insurance and education offers.
Through the tracking of its consumers’ purchases, the Company collects extremely valuable consumer spending habit information. To date, cXc has not fully-exploited the leverage of this targeted data throughout its marketing programs, either in aggregate or by individual consumers. As its marketing programs mature, the Company expects to realize significant benefit from this under-monetized asset.
Extend Marketing Channels
Today, the Company primarily markets its exclusive products and services online. The Company continually explores other marketing channels for its proprietary products and services. The Company intends to explore several partnership options in the near future to identify the potential of these distribution channels moving forward.
