I am thoroughly impressed with all the
improvements you've made to the system over the last several years. As
the former Chief Technology Officer of Job.com which is the 5th largest
career website on the Internet, I was responsible for evaluating and
implementing affiliate systems. After much review of the many choices
available, we of course, chose clickXchange and Commission Junction
both of which exceeded my expectations. No other systems were
comparable in performance. Managing over 3 million unique visitors per
month and thousands of affiliates required nothing but the best.
I am now the Chief Technology Officer for TKL
Interactive, Inc., which provides Internet marketing, opt-in e-mail
services, list management, and lead generation. Having the same needs
for affiliate generation TKL, I turned to my old standbys clickXchange
and CJ. I was disappointed to find that Commission Junction has changed
quite a bit, and not for the better, in my opinion. It has been almost
2 weeks and we have not gotten past the account creation process. They
seem to take their time, days sometimes, to respond to e-mails or phone
calls. The only time they have been responsive in contacting us, was to
offer us accounts with some of the new services they acquired, rather
than the service we requested. I guess bigger is NOT always better. Too
impersonal, guess we are just a number to them, maybe not big enough to
be important. Who knows?
The good news is, your service has improved! It
was fast, easy, and most important, inexpensive. I had a few quick
questions and called. The phone was answered quickly by a human not a
computer, who did not have to route me around the office for my
answers, but provided them directly. Tell Jackie I said thanks again!
In summary, let me say that due to the high level
of customer service and features, we are shifting our focus to
clickXchange for our affiliate recruitment and management needs.
